This is a simply stunning Black chiffon 80’s /90’s dress with a drop waist a hip sash with diamanté detailing and pleated sleeves and skirt.

The pleating on the sleeves is double layered  and falls beautifully, so does the pleating on the skirt .

This would be a perfect dress for a formal function or art deco it’s extremely elegant 

There is a very small shoulder pad
