Simple frills around the top create an interesting neckline feature, with a zig zag lacing down the middle (purely decorative as opposed to adjustable), and a peplum edge.
Straps have been shortened( they can be extended). Zip and closure are placed at the middle in the back.

Condition: It looks like the back has been adjusted with a panel added. This is such a rare find you could easily have the back made lace up .
Labelled Size 16. Would fit more like a size large 12.
