Condition: In excellent condition (a couple of tiny marks on the front that are pin head size, so barely noticeable).
Materials: 100% Cotton.
Size: Will fit a small men’s (as per label), although it is a generous fit. Could also fit an 12 - 14 ladies depending on desired fit
